Ruby Reels

We launched in 2019 as a members' casino, and that idea still shapes how we work. Rather than one big offer and silence afterwards, we spread value across the whole time you play with us – through levels, weekly promotions and personal service.

Members are looked after by a personal account manager, and the wider support team answers around the clock in live chat or by email. Accounts run in Australian dollars, and the full site works in a browser on any device.

Safe play is part of membership. Your settings let you cap deposits, losses, wagers or session time by the day, week or month. Need distance? A cool-off covers anything up to a month, and self-exclusion closes the account for longer. Membership is open to adults only.

We also keep things simple. One account covers pokies, live tables, tournaments and every promotion, and there is no separate VIP site or app to learn. The same lobby, the same cashier and the same rewards page work on a laptop and on a phone.

Our loyalty scheme at casino Ruby Reels is built on Ruby Points. Slots earn a point for each A$45 staked, and live games a point for each A$230 – a rare thing, since many programmes ignore live play altogether. Bets placed with bonus money earn points too, at half the usual rate.

Your points total decides your level, and there are sixteen of them. Cashback is where they really pay off:

Each family has a plus step in between – Bronze+, Silver+ and so on – with the same cashback rate and a fresh level reward.

How quickly do you climb? Bronze needs 300 points, which is A$13,500 in slot bets or A$69,000 on live tables. Most members get there through a mix of both, and bonus play helps along the way at half speed.

Each level pays a one-off reward on arrival – free spins on the first steps, then bonus money with spins from Ruby+ onwards. Your birthday is marked with a surprise whatever your level, and VIP members get raised withdrawal limits on top. Rewards unlock after your first deposit.

Paying in is instant, and we add no fees of our own. The smallest card or e-wallet deposit is A$20 and the largest single one A$4,000, whether you use VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter or MiFinity. Vouchers and other wallets – Flexepin, Paysafecard, AstroPay, SticPay, Maestro – are top-up options too. Crypto players can use Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin or Tether through CoinsPaid.

Cashing out depends on the method:

• e-wallets and crypto – instant after approval;
• VISA and Mastercard – 3 to 5 days;
• bank transfer – 5 to 7 days, minimum A$200.

Your cashier only lists the methods offered in your country. Identity checks under the KYC Policy can come up before a payout.

Ruby Reels Casino opens with a three-part welcome package. Deposit one is doubled to a maximum of A$2,000 bonus and comes with 100 Diamonds Power spins spread over five days. Deposit two adds three-quarters again, capped at A$1,000, with 50 spins, and deposit three adds half, capped at A$2,000, with a final 50. Each part needs A$30 or more, has 40x wagering and lasts seven days. After the first deposit, seven daily Wheels of Fortune unlock too.

Then the week begins:

• Monday – losses on the featured titles return 5% the next day (max A$80, 1x wagering).
• Tuesday – a 20% reload bonus.
• Wednesday – type FREESPINS when you top up and get 10 spins each time.
• Thursday – newest pokies, a leaderboard and 200 spins as the prize.
• Friday – REFILL adds 20%, at most A$70, to as many as five deposits.
• Saturday – featured titles pay 10 spins per A$150 wagered, to a total of 50.
• Sunday – a free 50-spin gift for each member.

A member on a modest budget might simply deposit on Friday with REFILL and play the featured titles over the weekend: the refill, the Saturday spins and the Sunday gift then line up in three days, and every bet still earns points.

All promotions follow UTC time. Bonuses are non-sticky, the top bet with a bonus is A$8, and pokies clear wagering fastest.

Live play has a special place with us because it earns Ruby Points. Our live roulette – European Roulette and Oracle 360 – is streamed with a real dealer. European roulette uses a single zero wheel with 37 pockets, and you can follow every spin from the table view. Prefer to play at your own pace? Digital table games sit under their own tab.

Pokies fill most of the lobby. Hold & Win games lead the front rows: Coin Up: Lightning, Energy Coins, 3 Pots of Olympus and Rhino Coins are good places to start. A monthly shortlist of featured titles – right now with The VIP, 3 Crowned Pots and Fortune Trio: Minions of Fu – powers two weekly promotions, the Monday cashback and the Saturday spins.

For bigger prizes, the Jackpot Games row lists titles such as Slotfather, Dragon Kings and Faerie Spells with their current amounts. New games arrive under Latest Releases every week, and a search bar helps you jump straight to a title from our library.

Every part of our site works in a phone browser. Open casino Ruby Reels in Safari or Chrome, sign in, and the lobby, promotions, cashier and loyalty page are all there – no app, no download. Turn the phone sideways for a live table, and keep it upright for pokies. The responsible play tools sit in the same account menu on mobile.

The loyalty page travels with you as well, so you can check your Ruby Points, the next level and this week's cashback rate while waiting for a train. Promotions follow UTC on every device, which means the Wednesday spins and the Friday refill switch on at the same moment on your phone and your laptop. If a live stream stutters on mobile data, move to Wi-Fi – your bets and balance stay safe in the account.
